The singer and ex-BBB Juliette Freire was criticized on social media after making a post about her tour, titled Hurricanein the city of Porto Alegre, in Rio Grande do Sul, this Wednesday, 20.

Internet users accused the winner of Big Brother Brasil 21 of “insensitivity”, as the population has suffered from heavy rains caused by a cyclone that passed through several cities in the state. In a report released on the 14th, there were at least 47 deaths and 9 missing.

After the repercussion, Juliette deleted the publication. Ciclone is the name of the singer’s most recent album and is also one of the tracks on the album, released at the end of August.

She will perform in São Paulo, Recife, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, as well as Porto Alegre. The artist has already made posts promoting the tour in other cities as well.

Juliette was even defended by fans on social media, who recalled that she announced an action to help victims of the floods in Rio Grande do Sul.

She did not speak directly about the criticism, but, after the repercussions, she even posted in her stories that the action was successful and that she received a video from the RS Public Ministry as a thank you.
