In December 2023, the actor was found guilty at trial of third-degree reckless assault and harassment. But he was cleared on charges of third-degree intentional assault and aggravated harassment. According to Variety magazine, Majors arrived at court accompanied by his current girlfriend, Meagan Good. Grace Jabbari entered the scene shortly afterwards and gave a statement about the impact of the case on her life, further stating that Majors “is not remorseful and has not accepted responsibility for the assault”. “He’s going to do it again, he’s going to hurt another woman. He’s a man who believes he’s above the law.
