The smartphone manufacturer has scheduled the launch of the new line of iPhones for the next 12th. The pre-sale of the devices usually starts on the Friday after the presentation event, which falls on September 15th.

According to Bloomberg, Apple will still equip the iPhones 15 and 15 Pro Max with the new A17 processor, built with unprecedented precision in the 3-nanometer market in search of performance. The smartphone maker signed an exclusive deal with Taiwanese chipmaker TSMC for the technology this year.

In design, the finish changes from stainless steel to titanium, which reduced the weight of the cell phone. The screen will also taper towards the edges of the new iPhone Pros.

All new iPhones will be recharged via USB-C, following the guidelines of the European regulator, which sanctioned Apple for adopting different standards from the competition. It will be the company’s first device input change since 2012.

This bolder Apple strategy comes after falling sales of smartphones and smart watches in the last three quarters for which there is a released balance sheet. Such equipment accounts for 59% of the technology giant’s revenue.
