Manaus (AM) — Amidst transformations in social life, preferences for high-end residences have evolved, influencing choices related to work and study. Those interested in this type of property show a preference for private green spaces, large residences that offer tranquility away from the hustle and bustle – but still close to urban areas -, in addition to having complete leisure and well-being facilities.
According to the Brain Intelligence Strategic consultancy, there was a 34.1% growth in the launch of high-end properties in all 25 capitals and a growth in the General Sales Value (PSV) of 17.9%, with total sales of 10 %, in 2023. The expectation is that 2024 will be the best year for the property market in this segment.
The explanation, according to architect and urban planner Benedito Abbud, responsible for the urban planning and landscaping project of the high-end condominium Quintas de São José do Rio Negro, is a trend registered around the world, especially after the Covid pandemic. -19, which favors socializing with family and friends in places with all the facilities for leisure.
“The pandemic reinforced several concepts, demands and needs for good living, such as this proximity to nature, larger spaces and lots of leisure. It’s a bit like living in a place where you would spend your holidays”,
highlights the architect.
“Brazilians create roots around their home, so it is important to think about everyone, about the people who are going to buy today and who will be able to grow old there, because people change over time, getting older, the child growing, the person having new needs and it is important that she feels welcomed”, comments Abbud.
This explains the high demand for lots at Quintas de São José do Rio Negro, in Manaus, as it brings together the main demands, focusing on two fundamental requirements: a lot of preserved vegetation, and also introduced by the project, and leisure equipment, for all ages, tastes and styles.
Quintas de São José do Rio Negro is being built by BTP Urbanismo on Estrada do Cetur, in the Tarumã neighborhood, close to the city center, but far from the hustle and bustle and meets the needs of those looking to purchase a property to live in comfort and safety. It is planned under the concept of maximum preservation, with a large green area (300 thousand square meters of forest) and ecological corridors between the lots, trails, outdoor gym and hammock.
The first in the North region with the concept of high standard lots, the condominium will have an equestrian facility for up to 100 horses, a marina for up to 200 boats or jet-skis, a helipad for three helicopters, a golf and tennis court, sports courts, a chapel, three clubs, water park, gym, toy library, green trail and gazebo, among many other amenities.
