The document published in the DOU informs that the producing companies must give “wide publicity” to the prices of their medicines, not being able to be superior to the prices published by the Chamber of Regulation of the Market of Medicines (CMED) in the Portal of Anvisa. In addition, it emphasizes that the retail trade units must also keep available to consumers and consumer protection and defense bodies, updated drug price lists, calculated based on the terms of the regulation.
