The pizza can be tasted at both units (Juvevê and Parkshoppingbarigüi), on the lunch menu for the fixed price of R$69.90. The Donna Taça restaurant is run by chef Juliana Fagundes, and combines haute cuisine with an original and relaxed atmosphere. Featuring lunch menus for a fixed price of R$69.90 and dinner for R$109.90 at the Bom Gourmet Festival, patrons can enjoy meat, pasta and seafood options. In addition to the option of “pizzas” that are made with natural fermentation and different flavors, including vegetarian options. Donna Taça’s pizzas can be seen on the lunch and dinner menu. The establishment also offers a vegetarian menu for the fixed price of R$69.90.

For those who prefer to taste the dish of Swiss origin: fondue, Château de Gazon is one of the restaurants participating in the Bom Gourmet Festival that offers this option. Since 2002, the establishment has provided Curitibans with a menu rich in varieties of fondues in sequence or à la carte. At the Festival, it is possible to taste a complete menu with this dish, ending the gastronomic experience with the dessert “milk chocolate fondue or toffee fondue accompanied by six seasonal fruits”. In addition to this option, there is also another main dish inspired by European cuisine and based on poultry. The menu is only offered at dinner for R$109.90.

Present in the capital of Paraná for more than twenty years, the restaurant offers over 15 types of fondue and combines contemporary with traditional recipes. Characteristics that can be seen in the menu presented at the festival, such as the “meat fondue” dish. Consisting of 150 g of beef tenderloin, 100 g of chicken breast and 100 g of pork tenderloin in stone or oil, with 12 sauces and Swiss potatoes. Another differential of the restaurant is the individual hood, an exhaust system arranged at each of the tables and which provides more comfort to the customers.
