Free symposium takes place this Saturday in Manaus

The objective of the action is to promote healthy habits and well-being through the practice of physical activities

Manaus (AM) – This Saturday (2), Sesc Amazonas will hold the II Sesc Saúde do Corpo Symposium with the theme “Mindset of Champions”. The event will take place from 4pm to 10pm, at the Amphitheater of the Sesc Balneário unit, located at Av. Constantinopla, nº 288, Alvorada. Open to the public and completely free, access to the symposium will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 2,000 people.

The meeting with health and sports professionals aims to promote healthy habits and well-being through the practice of physical activities. To this end, the event features big names who will share their successful experiences, such as businessman, presenter and content creator, Felipe Titto; the physical trainer and elite MMA coach, Rogério Camões; the coach of athletes in national, international and Triathlon competitions, Eduardo Braz; the world bodybuilding champion, two-time Miss Olympia champion and health and well-being expert, Elisa Pecini; and the nutritionist, trainer of elite athletes and specialist in changing habits, Daniel Guedes.

At the event, participants will be able to check out a vast program of lectures and talk shows that will cover topics such as: self-acceptance and integral health, insights into training and physical and mental preparation, bodybuilding, triathlon, fights, training methods, lifestyle and overcoming, business among other subjects that promise to transform the lives of the public.

The physical trainer, Rogério Camões, who has trained athletes from Manaus and is one of the speakers at the event, says that it will be an opportunity to provide quality content, share experiences and collaborate with the health of everyone present.

“It’s a great chance to be able to contribute by bringing my knowledge and experience, so I have good expectations for this meeting in which I will take a holistic approach to the physical, emotional and mental aspects of athletes, and also talk about mindset”,
