Fred Nicácio lives with his husband in a duplex penthouse valued at R$1.2 million in the interior of São Paulo; see photos

Participant of “BBB 23”, Fred Nicácio often talks about the apartment where he lives with his husband Fábio Gelonese in Bauru, in the interior of São Paulo. And it’s no wonder, after all, the doctor lives in a duplex penthouse valued at R$ 1.2 million in Jardim Estoril, an upscale neighborhood of the city.

The property has 360m² and two floors. On the lower floor, the space is divided into a living room for two environments with a large balcony, three bedrooms, one of which is a suite, kitchen, service and social bathroom and a toilet.

On the second floor, the apartment has a large living room, a second guest bathroom and an outdoor area with a breathtaking view and a swimming pool. The outdoor area on the top floor of the roof is where Fred and Fábio usually take more pictures and share them with their followers.

The room on the first floor of the house is adorned with a piano, which Fábio usually plays. The “BBB 23” participant even ventured into some classes, but the person who spends the most time there is her husband.

Meanwhile, Fred’s favorite pastime is gardening. In almost every corner of the house, plants decorate and give life to the space. Nicácio has already made several publications, sharing with his followers the care he takes with each one of them and how the routine with the little plants is good for him.

When it comes to decoration, LGBTQIAP+ flags subtly decorate the apartment. Sculptures of animals such as giraffes and frogs, rustic candlesticks with candles, mirrors, patterned rugs and leather sofas with blankets also help to compose the environment.

It was even in the apartment where Fred and Fábio’s wedding ceremony took place. Together since 2015, they bought the property and got married in 2019 with full community property regime.

Like Nicácio, Fábio is also a doctor and owns a clinic specializing in facial harmonization in Bauru. It was there that Fred underwent cosmetic procedures before entering the most guarded house in Brazil.
