Former BBB Diogo Pretto shows body changes after reaching 120 kg

Former ax dancer Diogo Pretto, one of the highlights of “BBB 11”, has shared with his followers the changes in his body after reaching 120 kg. The Bahian, now 36 years old, showed the before and after and detailed the entire process of losing weight and gaining muscle mass, always with the guidance of specialists in the field.

“Yes, I was 120 kg and after 15 days I had already managed to lose five. With one month, I was already much better, after having started the diet in September 2022”, said Diogo, who reconciles the change in diet with physical exercises:

“In November, I saw the big back and started to get excited. In December, the ‘braceta’ appeared and I got totally excited. On New Year’s Eve, I was already showing off, with about 107 kg. I had already lost 13. And then , there went 20 kg in four and a half months, and the body mass came with it. Then, I record music all loose. Being well is too good. The shape is coming, but still needs to be done.
