Nine hours of exchanging ideas about the latest trends and transformations in the food service sector with leading market experts. Betting on an immersive format, the third edition of FoodCo. Experience – in-person meeting of the largest community for restaurant owners in the country, the FoodCo platform. –, there is already a date for it to happen: October 17th, at Cozinha do Bom Gourmet. Tickets are on sale now and places are limited.

This time, instead of just a morning of content, the event offers participants a full day of immersion in the most relevant topics in the gastronomic sector, with three panels of national experts, workshops, pitches, mentoring with experts serving on an advisory board, networking quality and happy hour.

“The first two editions had the same dynamics, with different themes and were very successful, generating many relevant exchanges of experiences between the participants. We understand that now is a time for more immersion and that’s why we extended the program into a whole day”, explains Patrícia Lourenço, Head of FoodCo. Even so, there is the option of participating in just one period of the event, which this year offers two types of tickets – standard, which gives access to the morning program, and premium, for full-day activities.

With a view to planning and the future for restaurants and other gastronomy operations, FoodCo’s programming. Experience 3 starts in the morning, with three interactive panels on topics that are moving the sector. Guilherme Moro Domingos, lawyer at Abrasel – Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants, addresses tax reform in a practical way and explains what changes for owners of food service operations. Next, Brunno Montolli, Head B2B at Interfoods/Duo Gourmet, addresses marketing strategies that go beyond the obvious. Concluding the morning, Yuri de Melo, CEO of COZI.ai, explains how Artificial Intelligence and interactive technologies can facilitate the operations of businesses in the area. “There will not just be lectures, but panels in question and answer format. The idea is to discuss the content with the public and make it practical for everyday life”, highlights the Head of FoodCo.

In the afternoon, after a lunch with networking, Experience 3 participants will have access to mentoring and an advisory board on sales strategies, with Leo Teixeira, founder of NaMesa, and on people management, with Hélcio Tessaro, executive director of Resources Humans from Unidas Car Rentals. Participants will be divided into two small groups of approximately 14 people and will be able to ask the experts questions focused on their own businesses. “We are carrying out prior monitoring of those registered, to find out the maturity level of each project and group them so that they can make the most of them”, says Patrícia.

Held in February and June this year, the previous editions of FoodCo. Experience brought together more than 80 Curitiba gastronomy entrepreneurs in each, and all the content was shared with the FoodCo. community, which today has more than 30 thousand members.
