This Friday (14th) the two units of Anarco Restaurante will start the first edition of the Pinhão do Anarco Festival. Chefs Ilse and Bruno Agottani, mother and son, have created a complete menu, with starters, desserts and main courses, featuring varied preparations based on pine nuts.

The menu has two options for starters: oyster with breath with pine nut pesto and laminated pine nuts or lamb ragu with creamy polenta and pine nuts. As main dishes, the customer can choose between funghi pappardelle with mignon escalope with truffled pine nuts and gold leaf or brie cheese risotto with salmon fillet in a pine nut crust and gold leaf. Completing the menu, the desserts are cheesecake with dulce de leche syrup and sweet pine nut farofa or cioccolato semidolce gelato with 70% chocolate sauce and pine nut farofa.

The full menu costs R$99 per person and can be tasted at both Anarco Restaurante units: at the Municipal Market, during lunch and at Anarco Batel, at lunch and dinner times.
