Fazenda announces partnership between Desenrola Brasil and B3 and Serasa

Aiming to expand the reach of the Desenrola Brasil program, the Ministry of Finance announced this Thursday (15) a partnership with B3 – a financial market company that operates Ibovespa – and Serasa – a company that holds records and data on financial behavior of consumers.

According to the ministry, the partnership is an adjustment to facilitate and expand the reach of the program, which ends on March 31st. The government’s proposal is to facilitate access to Desenrola, through the websites of both companies, that is, when entering the B3 or Serasa portal, the person will be directed to the program portal without the need to make a new Login. This way, you will be able to access the same conditions for debt renegotiation.

At the press conference about the partnership, the general coordinator of Economy and Legislation at the Ministry of Finance, Alexandre Ferreira, presented data about the program that has already impacted 12 million people. To date, R$35 billion in debt has been renegotiated in 99% of municipalities and the average discounts on renegotiations exceed 85%.

“It is a program that has been led by women: 55% of Desenrola’s renegotiations are carried out by women,” said Ferreira. “We reached these numbers that are impressive. Those who have accessed the platform have seen unique conditions for renegotiation and financial development and reorganization”, informed Ferreira.

The Desenrola Brasil program began in mid-July last year and focuses on encouraging the renegotiation of private debts of individuals registered in defaulter registers, seeking to reduce debt and facilitate access to the credit market. In the first phase, people with a monthly income between R$2,640 and R$20,000 and no debt limit. Negotiations are made directly between clients and institutions.

How it works

When entering the Serasa website, users must click on “Negotiate debts”. In the “My debts” tab, a list of proposals for negotiation at Serasa will appear along with the Desenrola logo.

The negotiation option will appear for all registered users who have offers available through Desenrola. When clicking on “Open website”, the user will be automatically directed to the program platform. You must validate the code that will be sent by phone or email.

Through the Desenrola website, the user can choose between the best offers and payment conditions before signing the contract and finalizing the payment.

According to Serasa, 455,000 people have accessed the Desenrola website through Serasa channels since Friday when the partnership with the Desenrola portal began.
