TAJ Bar

With an atmosphere inspired by Indian culture, TAJ combines Indo-Asian cuisine with electronic music. The cocktails are based on alchemy that uses exotic ingredients, such as jasmine, ginger, sesame and curry. Kidushi is made with Jagermeister, vodka, hibiscus, gun nero (charcoal). The drink is served as a shot, to share, and serves eight people and costs R$49.90.

The Ponto Gin bar is run by Gabriel Bueno, one of the main names in Curitiba’s cocktail scene. The cuisine is designed by chef Júlia Schwabe, trained in gastronomy in Melbourne, Australia and awarded the Golden Whiskeria Award.

The Nutty Bomb (coupé glass) was developed by Rhenan Cabral and contains a rum fat wash with peanut butter, orgeat (almond milk syrup), frangelic liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup. The drink is only served at the Mercadoteca unit and costs R$35.

The cocktails and mocktails are designed by head bartender Igor Bispo, with more than 22 years of national and international experience in the industry, and some awards under his belt. The Nuttshell contains aperol, frangélico (almond liqueur) and Sicilian lemon and costs R$62. In-person service only.

Ginger Bar

Served every day, the Carolis (R$29.50), is a signature cocktail created in early 2023 by Tati Guimas. With balanced acidity and light sweetness, it is made with gin, homemade blackberry shrub, pineapple juice, lemon juice and basil. The garnish is made with a slice of house-dried lemon, pink pepper and a top of basil. Personal assistance.

Love is a complex cocktail from the part of the menu called Rituals, which are cocktails that have a distinct presentation, guided by the team so that the person discovers more about the drink. Malauí opened its doors in December 2020. A venture by Anderson and Cristiane Krefer, its menu was created by Lidi Barbosa, a food consultant. The menu ranges from comfort food to Mediterranean and contemporary cuisine. The drinks menu includes smoothies, kombuchas, wines, organic soft drinks, beers, a variety of coffees and, of course, signature drinks. Gin Malauí features artisanal red fruit jelly, Atlantis gin and tonic water and costs R$ 25. In-person service, take away, via WhatsApp and delivery via app (iFood).
