The festival takes place in an entertainment complex on the banks of the Dom Pedro highway, one hour from the capital of São Paulo. There will be, in total, more than 50 DJs divided across two stages. It is, according to the organizers, the largest electronic music carnival in Brazil in terms of number of attractions. Headliners Peggy Gou, Disclosure and Artbat are the headliners of the Arte: g1 festival Peggy Gou is a South Korean house music DJ who was considered the 9th best DJ in the world this year by a specialized magazine. Peggy has over 15 million monthly listeners on Spotify and over 4 million followers on social media. The song It Goes Like, released by the artist this year, has 290 million reproductions on the platform. Disclosure is formed by brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence, nominated 4 times for the Grammy Awards. The duo is known for successful partnerships, such as the song “Latch”, with British singer Sam Smith, and “Talk”, with American Khalid. The two songs combined have almost 2 billion plays on Spotify. Artbat is an electronic music project formed by Ukrainian friends Artur and Batish, with millions of listeners on music platforms. The duo took to the dance floor all over the world with their melodic sound. Among the highlights are the performances at the Tomorrowland (Belgium) and Creamfields (England) festivals. 2023 Edition According to the organizers of the Ame Laroc Festival, this year’s edition, which was held over two days, brought together spectators from 20 states in Brazil and generated more than 600 direct and indirect jobs.
