Villa Triacca Eco Guesthouse
Created by Italian settlers who migrated from the South to the Central Plateau in the 1970s, it is one of the few options of its kind outside the South-Southeast axis. With 23 suites, a wine bar and spa, the property maintains six hectares of vineyards, which produce nine different varieties of grapes and can be visited every week — with tastings, of course.

Less than 200 km from São Paulo, it is located on a century-old coffee farm that was the setting for the soap opera “Terra Nostra”. In 2019, the property gained its first vineyard, of syrah grapes, which three years later yielded its first harvest. This and 70 other labels from 12 wineries in the region can be tasted at Cave Barthô, a wine bar open to non-guests. But those who sleep there can take guided tours of the vineyard, the coffee plantation and the three museums that tell the history of the place.

In Cunha, voted the most welcoming city in the state of São Paulo, this winery offers chalets with fireplaces and views of the mountains, tasting and pairing courses and also offers the possibility of following the grape crushing, which takes place once a year. There, guests have the opportunity to help with production, crushing the grapes with their feet. Davo Family Hotel and Winery
290 km from São Paulo, the place attracts those who enjoy rural tourism. During their stay, visitors learn about the entire production process of the house’s wines, made on a small scale. The inn is located inside the Peculiare winery, in Bento Gonçalves (RS). Founded in 2019, the space delves into the region’s wine culture, of Italian heritage. Room options vary, with versions that even include a private whirlpool. Another highlight of the place is the Osteria del Valle restaurant, which is inspired by Italian dishes, with a tasting menu or à la carte options. Visitors can also take home products such as grape juice, red wines, rosé wines and sparkling wines.
