The news impacted the performance of the company’s shares on the stock exchange, which ended in decline, after oscillating between highs and lows. Preferred shares fell 1.41%, to R$37.88, while common shares closed with a decline of 0.46%, to R$39.12. After the close of trading, Petrobras informed that there is no decision regarding the distribution of extraordinary dividends, commenting on news published in the media, and added that the competence to approve the allocation of the result, including the payment of dividends, lies with the General Assembly of Shareholders, which will be held on April 25th.
