Curitiba hosts a harmonized dinner for those with dietary restrictions

On the 16th, starting at 7pm, Suli Confeitaria e Padaria Functional will host “Harmonizando a Vida – Wines & Functional Foods”. The idea is to offer a safe harmonized dinner for celiacs, lactose intolerants and APLVs (acronym for cow’s milk protein allergy), as well as for functional cuisine enthusiasts. Spaces are limited and the cost is R$250 per person.
The program, designed by sommelière and influencer Lindslei Antunes, features five harmonized dishes, accompanied by three wine labels and two other sparkling wines, in a sensorial experience.

Harmonizando a Vida is an initiative by sommelière and Celebrar Vinhos e Espumantes, Nutfree, Suli Confeitaria e Padaria Functional and journalist Nina Machado, creator of Ficar Bem aos 40.
