Manaus (AM) – Between the 5th and 8th of October, Sesc Amazonas will hold the Cuca Festival, with one of the activities being the gaming championship, mediated by the Amazonian E-sports Federation (Faesp). Registration can be made until September 29th, by filling out the form available at: and donating 1kg of non-perishable food per player, to be taken on the day of the in-person game. The food collected will be donated to institutions registered with Mesa Brasil Sesc.

According to the Regional Director of Sesc Amazonas, Adriana Nascimento, the activity is part of an extensive program designed for different audiences.

“This championship is just one of several activities that are being prepared and will be held at the event, which will be unmissable and promises to be a unique celebration, bringing together those who are passionate about this universe”,

highlights the director.

The available championships are: men’s and women’s Free Fire, Valorant, League Of Legends, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and open games: Fifa, The King Of Fighters, Speedrun Donkey Kong Snes, Bomba Patch Playstation 2 and 4, Mario kart 64, Pokemon Go.

The event, aimed at lovers of pop and geek culture, will feature cosplay spaces, artists’ alley, a geek market with creative economy stands, bookstores, publishers, stationery stores and products for cosplayers, and a charging station. In addition to participation and autograph sessions by national voice actors such as Duda Espinoza, Francisco Júnior and Moo Chan, cosplay contests and talks about the geek scene.
