Correios postpone auction with 50 thousand items for the second time – 05/17/2023 – Market

Correios postponed the public session scheduled for this Wednesday (17) of the auction of 50,055 postal items characterized as refuse. These are items from unsuccessful delivery attempts, unclaimed and whose return to the sender was not possible.

The Post Office has not yet set a new date for the procedure. Asked about the reason for the postponement, the company claims that the public session had to be postponed for the purpose of adjusting items that make up the lots.

“There was no opening of the proposals, not bringing any harm to the bidders who have already included their proposals in the system, who can still withdraw them”, says the company.

The opening date for offers had already been extended on the 25th, when it was scheduled for May 2nd. The new delay in the negotiations was announced by the Post Office at 10:32 am this morning, when the reception of bids would have been ongoing since 8 am.

The previous postponement had the same motivation, according to the Post Office.

The notice published by Correios determines the division of goods into six lots, with initial values ​​from R$ 2,468.70 to R$ 253,543.84. Individuals and legal entities may participate in the trading session, provided they are registered on the Licitações-e portal of Banco do Brasil, upon payment.

The smallest batch has 942 cell phones and accessories, and the largest, 32,446 different pieces of equipment —from music to photography to sports accessories. This last shipment is also the most expensive. The lowest value items belong to the sixth set of objects, with 1,896 computer components.

Whoever buys the lot will take all the goods.

Interested parties may, before the bidding date, find out about the condition of the goods at this address: Rua Mergenthaler, 592, Bloco 3, 3rd floor, Vila Leopoldina, west zone of São Paulo. Visits must be scheduled by calling (11) 4313-8085, from 8am to 11am and from 2pm to 4pm.

• Composed of items such as cell phones, covers, chargers, headphones, supports, tripods, among others

To submit your proposal you must:

• Go to “Advanced Search”
• Click “Search by Identifier”
• Fill in the “bid number” field with the bid number, which is 994627
• Consult the items available in the desired auction
• Click “Dispute Room” at the top of the page
• Finally, just follow the auction and send your proposal

HOW DO I REGISTER IN LICITATIONS-E?

Accreditation on the Licitações-e portal has two stages. The first is the online pre-registration at the site Licenciacoes-e.com.br/aop/solicitar-credenciamento.aop. Simply fill in the required fields with the requested data and click “Confirm”. After that, the interested party will receive a confirmation message and must go to the Banco do Brasil branch with the following documents:

• Photo identification document
• CPF
• Proof of address
• A copy of all requested documents

At the agency, just go to the service and request the completion of the registration. At this stage, a fee will be charged for using the Licitações portal, according to the period that the applicant intends to use the service. After payment, the portal access key will be issued.
