Charcutaria Artesanal SM has a line of products in the barbecue segment

Parintins (AM) – A company genuinely from Parintins, Charcutaria Artesanal SM will present this Thursday (13th), at 4 pm, the Art Seal product line at the Sebrae office in Parintins, Rua João Meireles, n.º 371, French Quarter. The identity and quality certificate was obtained by the enterprise in 2023 and enables the national trade of artisanal food products.

Specialized in the production of sausages, the charcuterie sought the Art Seal since 2020. In this process, the work that was just a hobby evolved into the Artisanal Agroindustry regime, with a municipal inspection seal, environmental operation license, permit and performance with the presence of a veterinarian.

The process was closely monitored by Sebrae Amazonas, which offered consultancy within the Sebratec program.

“We have been supporting this client with consultancy aimed at these adaptations, so that it is within the legislation, enabling a nutritional table within the norms and adequate packaging”, highlighted the head of the Sebrae office in Parintins, Luane Pedreno.

Charcutaria Artesanal SM has a line of products in the barbecue segment, such as homemade jams, sausages, carter rice, beef and buffalo ribs with curd cheese, fruity pepper sauces, lard, among others.

“Our proposal is to share regional recipes from our municipality with the entire state, or even, who knows, with the entire country”,

The certification of Charcutaria Artesanal SM with the Selo Arte was supported by Sebrae Amazonas, the Federal Government, the Government of Amazonas, through the Secretariats of Rural Production (Sepror) and the State of Amazonas Agricultural and Forestry Defense Agency (Adaf), and the Municipality of Parintins, through the Municipal Secretariat of Livestock, Agriculture and Supply (Sempa).
