Cervejaria Colorado relaunched Kuyá, its Session Ipa with passion fruit. Before limited edition, now the beer joins the brewery’s line items. Kuyá is a light and refreshing beer, golden in color, with an intense aroma of fruit and hops. It has 4.3% alcohol content and 30 IBU. Because of these characteristics, Kuyá is considered a less complex IPA.

In 2021, the brewery launched the label and this year Kuyá permanently joins the Colorado family, formed by Colorado Ribeirão Lager, Colorado Appia and Colorado Indica. Enough to satisfy consumers’ recurring demand for new sensory experiences.

“We always seek to value all that Brazil has that is best and outstanding, bringing it to our recipes. And this appreciation can happen in several ways. First, exploring the variety and richness of ingredients. Second, meeting the needs of the public and its diversity of preferences, seeking to maintain a complete fixed portfolio”, says Fernanda Federico, Head of Marketing Craft at Ambev.

Kuyá is already available in the main markets in Brazil, partner sites and Zé Delivery in two options: bottle (600ml) and can (350ml). “Research shows that the IPA style is the second most consumed in Brazil, behind only Lager. As Kuyá is a Session IPA, that is, less complex and easy to drink, it ended up perfectly joining the family to offer a variety of options to the consumer”, explains Fernanda.
