Coca-Cola confirms Boi Caprichoso’s presence at the Parintins Festival

The multinational Coca-Cola confirmed its participation in the Parintins Festival for another year. The president of Boi Caprichoso, Rossy Amoedo, participated in a meeting this Thursday afternoon (15) with the company’s director of government relations, Victor Bica, the secretary of state for Culture and Creative Economy, Marcos Apolo, and the president of opposite ox, Fred Góes.
The company has a historic participation, which will celebrate 28 years in 2024, in the Bumbás festival in Parintins.
For secretary Marcos Apolo, the initial discussions were centered on the importance of sponsorship for the Bumbás, highlighting the long history of support and the various actions already carried out by Coca-Cola at cultural events throughout Brazil. The Secretary of Culture highlighted that the dialogue was the first in a series of institutional meetings. “The first conversations were focused on the importance of sponsorship for bumbás, on the history and actions already carried out by the company, and on the possibilities of projects for the event in 2024”, highlighted Apolo.
President Rossy Amoedo highlighted the relevance of Coca-Cola as one of the main sponsors of the Festival, highlighting the positive impact that the partnership between the brand and cultural events has brought over the years. “Coca-Cola’s presence as one of the main supporters of Carnival highlights its commitment to Brazilian culture and also its understanding of the importance of events such as our Parintins Festival. We look forward to continuing this partnership and carrying forward the grandeur of our folkloric celebration,” said Amoedo.
Details of Coca-Cola’s support and activities for the eagerly awaited 2024 Folk Festival will be defined soon.
Rossy Amoedo also highlighted the important partnership of the Government of the State of Amazonas, through Governor Wilson Lima, who has always believed in the importance of the Parintins Festival for the state and for Brazil, transforming the event into one of the references in the North of the country.
