This year, chef Juliana Faingluz, from the Marimari restaurant, in Manaus, was inspired by classic dishes to put together a menu that promises to delight and make people remember family festivities.

Juliana Faingluz highlights that food has a role that goes far beyond just feeding. “Family and friends gatherings always have a dish to accompany. We often remember moments when trying food. The end of the year festivities bring us a lot of these affectionate family memories. Therefore, we created a menu inspired by classics”, explains the chef.

The menu has more than 30 options, including main dishes, side dishes, pasta, among others. The customer can order as many dishes as they want and even a complete supper. It all depends on the need. Among the dish options on the menu are cod fillet baked with olive oil, accompanied by creamy cream sauce, garlic crispy and rustic mashed potatoes; roast lamb shoulder with rôti sauce; roast turkey accompanied by nut farofa and egg strands; buffalo mozzarella ravioli, basil and pomodoro sauce; shrimp ravioli with creamy lemon sauce, among others.
