Award-winning chef Lênin Palhano announced this Friday (24) his departure from Grupo Obst., which he had headed for almost three years along with partner and businessman Marcelo Vaz. Lenin’s decision was due to “incompatibility in administrative matters between the partners”, informed the chef on his social networks.
This Friday, the chef also announced the next step in his career: the Lênin Palhano Hospitalidade e Gastronomia project. The beginning of this new phase will be in Brasilia, where Palhano will command the gastronomic services of the B Hotel.
“I believe that in this new project I can put into practice the experiences I had in this segment. Our work must be sustainable not only in relation to food and the business itself, but in the day to day work”, Lenin wrote in his communiqué. on Instagram.
Obst. has five operations in Curitiba
Created in 2020, the Obst Group. currently has five operations in Curitiba: Ninna Cozinha, Olívia Mercearia Artesanal, Ottro Sanduba, Ottra Pizza and Obst., the latter recently reopened. With different profiles, most operations were opened last year.
With a menu designed and signed by Palhano, they are supplied by a production kitchen installed in a 260 m² property in the central region of the city. Filled with state-of-the-art equipment, the kitchen started operating in the first half of 2022 and supplies the chain’s houses with pre-preparations, bakery products and desserts.
