Light winter with All Natural
Focused on healthy eating, All Natural has launched a new menu with dishes designed for these colder months. For each day of the week, a special dish. On Monday, the highlight is the hot Chicken Pepper Julienne salad, which combines shredded chicken in lemon pepper sauce with a crispy base of white cabbage, escarole, carrots and cherry tomatoes. For those on the soup team, the restaurant will also resume the success of previous years in 2023. Pumpkin cream, cassava cream, corn cream, Slavic soup and quinoa soup are the options.

Tar Sushi
Taido Sushi, which served exclusively in the delivery format, has a new home and a new name: Tar Sushi e Bar. Now, the restaurant serves the public at a physical point, at Alameda Presidente Taunay, 434. Tar operates in a house with an intimate indoor environment, divided between sushi and bar. On the menu, the fusion between traditional and contemporary sushi, which Brazilians love so much. There are more than 70 options between hot and cold starters, sushi, vegetarian dishes and desserts. Dishes can be combined with classic and signature drinks, including “Gin Tea Água de Jamaica”, a gin and tonic with a special touch, which is infused with Água de Jamaica tea by Catherine Fine Teas.

Tasting of specialty coffees at Moka Clube
Every Saturday at 10 am, Moka Clube – a specialty coffee brand with three stores in Curitiba – promotes a free workshop on specialty coffees, which is led by barista Luh Moraes. Participants receive information about the universe of specialty coffees, knowing a little about the process – from the search for the best producers to the most suitable preparation methods to extract the best from each bean. In addition to understanding the difference between the special product and the commercial one, the participants also try some coffees, to identify the sensorial differences, such as acidity, sweetness and the existing notes in each type. The tasting takes place at the Juvevê store and is free. Entries must be made via the link available on Instagram @mokaclube.

Brød Bakery launches its own coffee
Brød Bakery, an artisanal bakery inspired by the Nordic countries, now has its own café. Viking Blend has striking notes of milk chocolate, lemon leaf, spices and ginger. The profile of the chosen bean brings characteristics closer to what is tasted in northern Europe, the brand’s inspiration region. Viking Blend can be tasted in all 25 drink options served at the house. For those who want to take the novelty home, the 250-gram package costs R$ 49.90.

Curitidoce sparkling wine
The Curitidoce Gastronomic Tour, in partnership with the Terraza 40 restaurant, launched its own sparkling wine to accompany desserts. Moscatel Rosé has an intense aroma of tropical fruits, notes of orange blossom and a touch of Malbec and harmonizes well with sweets. The sparkling wine is produced with grapes grown in Santa Catarina, at Vinícola Santa Augusta. It is now available for consumption at the restaurant (R$79.90 a bottle) and also to take as a souvenir (R$49.90). Part of the sale is donated to Erasto Gaertner Hospital.

COIN’s new menu
COIN’s new winter menu marks the 2-year anniversary of Ivan Lopes’ bistro. Among the highlights are the squid toast with apple and samphire vinaigrette and the duck confit with apple risotto and green pepper sauce. Among the vegetarian options, there is cavatelli, a dough made from flour, water and egg with the addition of spinach, served with parmesan foam and crispy quinoa. For the afternoons, COIN also offers eight varieties of hot drinks, in addition to options from the happy hour drink menu.
