It is still possible to make reservations for lunch and afternoon coffee for the gastronomic experience in the igloo of the Festival Mueller Bom Gourmet! The festival starts today and runs until June 30th. The festival’s exclusive menus are served in panoramic igloos on the rooftop of Espaço Gourmet/Floor L4 at Shopping Mueller.

Exclusive lunch and afternoon coffee menus are available with prices ranging from R$49 to R$89. The dinner menus are already sold out, but new vacancies may return to the system in case of cancellations. The purchase of vouchers is made exclusively through the website www.festivalmuellerbomgourmet.com.br.

The Mueller Bom Gourmet Festival has great options for those who want to enjoy the event without breaking their diet. Among the options available, there are also vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free menus.

O Tasty Salad Shop comes to the festival with a healthy and tasty lunch/dinner menu. The entry is on account of the Nut Mini salad, lettuce mix, chard, parmesan cheese, caramelized nuts and ricotta mayonnaise. As a main course, the restaurant serves Salmon Poke, a bowl with fresh salmon in poke sauce, gohan, mango, curd, edamame, cherry tomato, pickled ginger, sesame, sweet potato chips and teriyaki sauce. The selected dessert is maracolate, a passion fruit mousse with chocolate. The restaurant also has a vegan alternative.

The restaurant Aish Baladi brings a healthy and vegetarian lunch/dinner menu to the festival. The route begins with a mix of spreads (hummus, curd, babaganush and Mediterranean eggplant) with pita bread. Then the main course is quinoa with vegetables, roasted squash and hummus. Mango with curd completes the experience.

The little ones are not left out of the gastronomic experience! Among the participating restaurants, eight have menus designed especially for children: Aish Baladi, Camarão Express, Mambembe, McDonald’s, Outback, Spoleto, Varanda do Porco and Wok to You. Kids menus can be purchased for R$49.

The restaurant Shrimp Express created a menu for children who like seafood. The menu contains a portion of smiling potatoes as a starter, breaded tilapia and spaghetti with cheese sauce as a main course and red fruit cheesecake as dessert.

O Outback Steakhouse also has a menu for children in this edition. The menu starts with the Kids Salad, made with lettuce, carrots and cherry tomatoes. The main dish is the Joey filet with fries, two filet mignon steaks (75 g each), accompanied by fries. Finally, a ChocoPop Sundae, vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate and strawberry sauce.

Another establishment that offers a kids menu is the Mambembe restaurant, dedicated to Brazilian cuisine. The menu starts with a portion of potato chips, is followed by spaghetti with meatballs for the main course and ends with pudding of milk for dessert.

The regular experience takes place from 01/06 to 30/06. Meals last 1h30 and are divided into five shifts: two lunch shifts (12pm – 1.30pm; 2pm – 3.30pm), a coffee break (4pm – 5.30pm) and two dinner shifts (7pm – 8pm and 9pm – 10.30pm).
