The measure is part of the “Tá na Caixa” campaign, which also aims to clarify doubts about the credit lines offered by the bank. The opening hours brought forward, which applies to all Caixa branches in the country, will be in accordance with the opening hours already in place in each region. In other words, if in a given city the agencies start operating at 10am, they will start at 9am. If the usual time is 11am, the opening will be at 10am. And so on. According to Caixa’s president, Maria Rita Serrano, the action aims to increase the bank’s competitive potential, strengthen relationships with customers and promote better service to beneficiaries of the federal government’s public policies.
