Business selection open for the Micro and Small Business District of Manaus

Companies will occupy the warehouses located in the District of Micro and Small Companies of Manaus

Manaus (AM) – The Municipality of Manaus, through the Municipal Department of Labor, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Semtepi), made available the selection notice for companies that will occupy the warehouses located in the District of Micro and Small Companies of Manaus (Dimicro).

Interested parties must submit the required documentation from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, until June 30, at the agency’s headquarters, located on Rua Rio Jamary, Nossa Senhora das Graças neighborhood, in the Center-South zone of the capital of Amazonas.

In total, the space houses 29 sheds, 10 measuring 235.73 square meters; 10 measuring 94.78 square meters and nine measuring 212.13 square meters. Dimicro also has common areas, such as the cafeteria, qualifying and decompression room, auditorium, locker rooms and parking. The site will be used exclusively for the installation of undertakings in the industrial segment, with a concession for a period of 36 months, which may be extended only once.

“In this selection process we are opening up to micro and small companies that have facilities in Manaus. We are carrying out a totally transparent work, so that these companies can operate in that space, contributing to industrial economic development”,

highlighted Radyr Júnior, head of Semtepi.

According to the announcement, the selection will be made through three lots, and each company will be able to register only one proposal for a lot number. All bid documentation must be submitted in sealed envelopes.
