The Ministry of Culture invested BRL 1.5 million in the exhibition with the objective of “following the agenda for the reconstruction of international cultural exchange”.
The 18th edition of the biennial has as its theme The Laboratory of the Future and presents the African continent as responsible for shaping the world to come. The show also has nine parallel events in Venice.
