Bela Gil reveals conversation with daughter about sexuality: “Very gay”

Presenter Bela Gil, daughter of singer Gilberto Gil, explained a conversation she had with her eldest daughter Flor Gil, aged 15. In the exchange of messages, the young woman revealed to her mother that she is a lesbian.

In the print of the conversation, Bela asks: “You’re pan, aren’t you?” And the daughter replies: “I don’t think so, mami. I think that in reality, apart from the jokes, I’m a great jerk. You have a very gay daughter.”

Bela was proud of Flor’s response, and wrote: “Is it pride that speaks?”

Flor had already spoken indirectly about her sexuality on her Instagram profile. Asked by a follower if she was from the ‘valley’, the teenager replied that the answer was quite obvious.

The chef and presenter was married for 19 years to businessman JP Demasi with whom she had Flor, 15 years old, and Nino, 7 years old. The former couple’s relationship is friendly as they still consider themselves family even though they are separated. Bela revealed that during her marriage to JP she lived in three parallel relationships with her husband’s consent and that she even fell in love during one of these love adventures.
