On April 13th, a team of barbecue chefs and chefs will get together at an event dedicated to meat, Bárbaros BBQ.
Among them are Jefferson Rueda, from A Casa do Porco, Rogerio Betti, who runs a butcher shop and a restaurant, Jeferson Finger, from the Barbacoa steakhouse, and Júlia Carvalho, only Brazilian woman in the international American barbecue competition.
For the price of R$430, participants can taste all the food as much as they want, like an open food system. An open bar with beer, drinks, soft drinks and water accompanies the meal. From 5pm onwards, the dessert service begins, with options such as brownies and dulce de leche bread.
Cuts such as picanha, pancetta, tomahawk, lamb shank, short rib and ancho will be prepared, as well as paella, empanada, garlic bread, pork rice and hamburgers.
There will also be musical performances and a children’s area with monitors. The 13th edition of the festival starts at 1pm at the Arca space, in Vila Leopoldina, west of São Paulo.
Tickets, now in the third batch, are on sale on the Ingresse website. Children up to three years old do not pay entry, those up to ten years old pay R$30 and from 11 to 17 years old, R$250.
