Association of social assistance opens vacancy for social educator in Manaus

Manaus (AM) — The Legião da Boa Vontade (LBV) is announcing vacancies for social educators, to work with children and adolescents from 6 to 15 years old, adults and/or elderly people at the association’s headquarters, located at Avenida Castelo Branco, 997, Cachoeirinha neighborhood, South Zone from Manaus.
Interested applicants should submit resumes by Wednesday, July 12th.
Assignments
They work 44 hours a week, with meal benefits, transportation vouchers, health and dental plans. As functions the Educator must:
• Carry out planning and carry out socio-educational, coexistence and socialization activities, aiming at the attention, defense and guarantee of the rights of children, adolescents and families in situations of vulnerability and/or, social and personal risk;
• Ensuring the social participation of users in all stages of socio-educational work;
• Preparing a bimonthly report on activities and progress achieved;
• Participate in team meetings focused on planning and continuing education.
• Desirable experience in social projects or Coexistence Services and Strengthening of Bonds.

LBV is a civil association governed by private law, with no economic purposes, with a predominant role in Social Assistance, which also offers Basic Education and professional training, in addition to carrying out humanitarian, cultural, social and educational actions.
