Problems can impact the quality and safety of the final product.

The ban also applies to all batches that expire in December 2023, with numbers starting at 354. According to Anvisa, expired raw material was used in the manufacture of mayonnaise.
The institution instructs commercial establishments and consumers who have the mentioned batches of mayonnaise not to use them and to get in immediate contact with the company Fugini Alimentos Ltda., which must collect these products.
The suspension of manufacturing is valid until the company adapts the manufacturing process of its products to good manufacturing practices.
