Applications for the Trainee and Internship and Representa programs are now open and can be done until September 25th

Another registration season is open for Ambev’s long-awaited Trainee Program 2024. In this edition, those interested will be able to choose the trainee they most identify with: Generalist or Supply Chain. By choosing the generalist trainee, the participant will have direct contact with several areas, which seek to understand the needs of customers and consumers and develop innovative solutions, such as finance, marketing, sales, technology, bees, Zé Delivery, People & Management, legal and relations corporate.

Whoever opts for the Supply Chain will be able to work in the liquid manufacturing process, in the product distribution logistics, in the negotiation of inputs and even in the production of malt. The candidate will have direct contact with breweries, soft drinks, malting, verticalized, center of excellence, distribution centers, engineering center, center of innovation and brewing technology and the office of supplies and sustainability.

In addition to the Trainee, registrations are also open for the Internship and Representa programs – aimed exclusively at self-declared black people. Candidates will also be able to choose which Ambev world they most identify with: Business or Supply.

Ambev underwent a transformation in its business and, today, more than a beverage company, it has the vision of becoming a platform, uniting consumers, customers, suppliers and the entire ecosystem to generate shared growth, with more reasons to toast . On this journey, the company’s programs are even more aligned with the cultural evolution of recent years and business strategies, in addition to being focused on the development and preparation of participants so that they can take on great challenges.

To make the programs even more inclusive, Ambev does not limit the choice of candidates by faculty or course. For the Trainee program, the prerequisite is to have graduated between December 2021 and December 2023. As for the internship programs, training is scheduled for December 2024 until December 2025.

About Representa, aimed exclusively at self-declared black people, its objective is to promote more racial equity in the labor market. More than an attraction program, it is a development program, where all those selected are entitled to take an English course and mentoring.

In addition to legal and psychological support and an extra salary at the beginning of the journey in the company so that they can organize themselves in the new routine. Representa is also part of the company’s productive inclusion agenda, which aims to generate training, work and income opportunities.

During the selection process, candidates for the internship programs will go through four stages in total: registration, game, video stage, Ambever challenge. In the Trainee Program, there will be five steps: registration, online tests, interview, Ambever challenge and final panel.
