Sao Paulo-SP) – This Thursday, July 6th, will be the concert by Amazonians Santaella and Doral in São Paulo. Scheduled for 8 pm, at Laje São Paulo, in Pinheiros, the presentation marks the debut of the artists by the Papaya Music label, a producer and publisher whose proposal is to discover and invest in new talents in Brazilian music.

According to Santaella, both he and the Doral boys have the best expectations with the receptivity of the public that will be able to get to know up close the authorial work done in Manaus. “We prepared a special show, with the best of our repertoires to make this experience special. I’m sure whoever attends our show will like it a lot”,

said the artist, who lived and played in São Paulo for three years.

Alexandre Donsouzis, from the band Doral, points out that this is the first time they have performed in São Paulo. “We are finally landing in the Southeast to show northern art to the Brazilians who live here. We prepared a beautiful show and I hope it reaches people’s hearts. Let’s make this experience unforgettable.”

Santaella and Doral are exponents of the current cultural scene in Manauara. Young talents in search of space on the national scene. Filipe Shimizu, lead singer of Doral, participated in The Voice, on Rede Globo, while Santaella was a semifinalist on The Four, on TV Record.

In Manaus, the partnership between the band and the singer has existed for some time. Both recorded a single together – October – released in November 2022 and which, this week, hit 200 streams on the Spotify platform. At the end of last month, another partnership reached digital platforms: the single De Onde Venho, recorded by Doral, with Santaella as one of the composers.

In addition to the show in São Paulo, Doral will perform on Tuesday, the 11th, at Audio Rebel, in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro, a show that will have the special participation of Santaella.

Commanded by artists, producers and composers such as PeLu (Restart, Selva), Renato Frei (Bloco do Caos) and Fred Vieira (SUBB), the Papaya Music label is focused on Brazilian music, pop and rock, and its proposal is to promote new Brazilian artists. Santaella and Doral were chosen in Amazonas.
