Manaus (AM) – In order to encourage preparation for the job market, the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Amazonas (DPE-AM) opened the registration period for the 6th internship selection process (PSE) in Law, aiming to fill 30 vacancies and formation of reserve registration, in Manaus. The scholarship has a total value of R$1,177.

Registration must be made using the form available at the link by December 15th. Candidates must fill out all the requested information and donate one kilo of non-perishable food. The test will be administered on January 7th, from 8am to 12pm, at a location to be announced later.

According to the notice, Law students who are enrolled from the 5th period (or equivalent year) in a higher education institution recognized by the MEC can participate in the selection. Of the total vacancies, 30% will be reserved for people who declare themselves black (black or brown), indigenous and quilombolas, and 10% will be reserved for people with disabilities.

The undergraduate internship will last one year, and may be extended up to a limit of two years. The working hours are 20 hours per week, in the morning, without compromising student activities. The scholarship offered is worth R$979 and transport assistance of R$198, totaling R$1,177.

Food donation

To register for the competition, the candidate must also donate one kilo of non-perishable food, by December 15th.

Donations will be received from 8 am to 2 pm, at the Academic Internship Center, located at the headquarters of the Defensoria, on Avenida André Araújo, Aleixo, and at the Escola Superior da Defensoria (Esudpam), located on Rua 24 de Maio, Centro, from Monday to Friday.

Application of the test

The assessment will be carried out on January 7th, from 8am to 12pm, at a location to be announced later on the DPE-AM website (defensoria.am.def.br). The test will consist of 50 objective multiple-choice questions and two discursive questions, all of an eliminatory and classificatory nature.
