Institution presented five scientific articles at the Brazilian Symposium on Intelligent Automation
The Paulo Feitoza Foundation – FFPtech participated in the Brazilian Symposium on Intelligent Automation (SBAI) 2023, considered the most important scientific event in the area throughout Latin America. FPFtech was present through lectures by employees of the institution, authors of five scientific articles in the areas of Industry 4.0, Industrial Automation, Industrial Processes and Automation Applications.
The Symposium, organized by the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam), was held between October 15th and 18th, at Studio 5 Centro de Convenções, in the South Zone of Manaus.
The approved articles authored by Foundation collaborators were presented on the last two days of the program.
According to FPFtech Development Analyst, Ângela Lima, who participated in the publication of the articles, the event was a great showcase to showcase the production of scientific and technological knowledge produced within the scope of the Foundation.
“FPFtech publishing articles at an event of this magnitude shows the relevance of the work carried out by the institution and allows it to share knowledge with so many other researchers”,
highlighted.
In its practice, Intelligent Automation encompasses a combination of technologies, which may include robotics to Artificial Intelligence, aiming to accelerate industrial processes and make them more efficient.

- Automation of the Verification and Fixing Process of the Polarizing Filter of the LCD Television Panel in an Electronics Company in the Manaus Industrial Complex.
- Process Automation and Functional Testing of Television Boards at a Company in the Manaus Industrial Complex.
- Study of Costs Generated to Concessionaires with RDBTs under Joint Operation of PV and EV Subject to Volt-Var Control.
- Drying the Production Line with Robot for the Palletization of Evaporators for Air Conditioning Devices.
- Prototype of the Sliding Clamp for Fixing the Reflective Sheet of LCD Televisions on the LG Electronics Assembly Line in Manaus.
