Are you a fan of noble meats? Then take the opportunity to taste the menus of the restaurants participating in the 2nd Festival Bom Gourmet Balneário Camboriú. In this edition, eight restaurants offer exclusive menus having this type of protein as the star of the dish. Confused about which one to choose? Check out the itinerary we prepared below.
The Bom Gourmet Festival will be held from August 18th to September 10th. Altogether, they are 14 participating restaurantswith set menus of R$89.90, R$109.90 and R$129.90.

brazero garcia
One of the highlights of this edition’s menu is the rib ragu, made with this smoked and shredded cut, accompanied by four-cheese rice and crispy bread. Another option is the parmigiana Brazero, with grilled sirloin steak, sugo sauce and melted cheese, served with noodles in butter. The full menu costs R$109.90.
The three units of Brazero Garcia participate in this edition: Brazero Marina Itajaí, Brazero Barra Sul and Brazero Brava Itajaí.
Miguelito – from Mexico to Brazil
For those who are fans of Mexican food, Miguelito – do México ao Brasil brings the traditional nachos with chilli, accompanied by beans, ground beef, guacamole and sour cream, as well as caramelized onions and creamy cheddar sauce. Another option on the menu is the beef burrito with grilled shrimp, guacamole, wheat tortilla and mozzarella cheese, accompanied by sour cream sauce – a great option for those who also like seafood, but don’t want to give up beef. The menu has a fixed price of R$89.90.
live barbecue
The name already gives it away: if you’re looking for meat, you’ll find it at Churrasco ao Vivo. In this exclusive menu, you can try the chorizo steak a la parrilla, accompanied by white rice, fries, vinaigrette sauce and chimichurri sauce. The fixed price of the menu for the festival is R$ 109.90.
Indaia Restaurant
Indaiá brings fondue with a tasty combination of beef sirloin steak, shrimp, squid and salmon, accompanied by special sauces to enrich the experience. The complete menu – starter, main course and dessert – costs R$ 129.90. In addition, the location offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city.
Mariquita Bar
A little piece of Colombia in Brazil, the Mariquita Bar menu features the Colombian roast: termite roasted for eight hours covered in demi-glace sauce, a classic sauce that combines meat broth, red wine, vegetables and herbs. The dish is accompanied by mashed potatoes with provolone cheese and toasted broccoli. For starters, there is also an option with meat: crispy white corn arepas with smoked mayonnaise, caramelized onions, shredded ribs and crispy onions. The full menu costs R$109.90.
Blackpot Restaurant
Blackpot Restaurant has fondue for all tastes. The one with meats and special flavors is a delicious option, which combines beef sirloin steak, shrimp, squid and salmon, accompanied by special sauces. The festival menu costs R$109.90.
Follow La Vaca
The name is suggestive: Siga La Vaca promises a great experience for lovers of grilled meat. The restaurant’s menu for the festival features the tasty shoulder of lamb with cassava mayonnaise. The meat is marinated and pre-prepared in sous vide for one hour, at a temperature of 54°C, with soy sauce, rosemary, garlic, onion and pepper. The full menu costs R$89.90
Porto Cabral
For those who are fans of filet mignon, Porto Cabral brings the grilled cut, in a wine sauce, and accompanied by funghi risotto and sweet potato chips. The fixed price of the menu for the festival is R$ 109.90.
