7 menus with cheese at the Bom Gourmet Festival in Florianópolis

From Friday (18) to September 10you can take advantage of the complete menus of 14 restaurants participants. There are three value options – BRL 89.90, BRL 109.90 or BRL 129.90 – for you to choose the menu that you like the most, with starter, main course and dessert.

Among the options for main dishes, Churrasco ao Vivo brings fettuccine with three cheese sauce. The menu will be served both at lunch and dinner, for R$129.90 or R$89.90 (vegetarian option).

Casa Italia’s menu features a classic combination of pasta and cheese, with the spaghetti carbonara, made with parmesan, eggs, bacon, salt and pepper. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, with a fixed price of R$ 109.90.
Spaccio Rar
Among the three options for main dishes at Spaccio RAR, two are made with cheese: risotto with gran formaggio cheese and Sicilian lemon, with chicken strips, and spaghetti with pesto, served with basil and parmesan. And there’s even cheese for dessert! The gran formaggio pudding served with guava syrup, in a classic combination. The menu will be served at lunch and dinner for R$89.90.
Fiori
Fiori also brings a dessert with cheese: gelato made with mascarpone, the creamy cheese of Italian origin, accompanied by coumaru with coffee, cocoa and cashew nuts. The menu costs R$129.90 for lunch and dinner.
Blackpot Restaurant
For fondue fans, Blackpot offers cheese fondue as a starter on the menu, with different combinations: cream cheese with caramelized onions, gorgonzola or cheddar. The full menu costs R$109.90 and will be served at dinner.
The Cave
For starters, La Cave brings the coalho cheese bonbon with blumenau sausage, made with baked puff pastry and finished with gremolata, mustard pickles and lemon confit. The full menu costs R$89.90 for lunch and R$129.90 for dinner.
Simple Jurerê
The restaurant’s menu features different options for main dishes with cheese: cassava gnocchi with strips of tenderloin, funghi secchi and gorgonzola, and brie cheese risotto with green apple and pecan nuts. The full menu will be served at lunch and dinner for R$129.90.
