The biggest award in the sector, 50 Best Bars announced this Tuesday (17) the list of the 50 best bars in the world. Sips, which is located in Barcelona, Spain, came in 1st place. The highest position in South America was 9th, achieved by Alquímica, in Cartagena, Colombia.
In Brazil, two bars entered the sector’s expanded list. Tan Tan, an address in Pinheiros run by Thiago Bañares and Caio Carvalhaes, rose to 56th position. SubAstor returned to the list in 2023 in 58th place — it had been out of it since 2019.
