WhatsApp presents instability this Thursday (19) in Brazil. The Downdetector website, which displays user complaints in near real time, has seen a spike in complaints about the difficulty of accessing the service.
The sudden increase was recorded in the late afternoon. Shortly after 5 pm, the platform registered 9,140 complaints. Before 5pm, there were only 11 notifications. Most were related to the web version of the application.
