‘Vaccine Now!’: campaign encourages vaccination against Covid-19

In this edition, vaccination will be available at different times depending on the day of the campaign.
Manaus (AM)- People aged 18 or over can benefit from the “Vaccine Now!” campaign. With the aim of encouraging immunization against Covid-19, vaccination is being made available in commercial spaces with large circulation of people.
The immunization posts this Friday (3), Saturday (4) and Sunday (5), will be at Sumaúma Park Shopping, in the North Zone of Manaus.
The vaccination strategy is from the Amazonas State Health Secretariat (SES-AM), through the Amazonas Health Surveillance Foundation – Drª Rosemary Costa Pinto (FVS-RCP), in partnership with the Manaus Municipal Health Secretariat (Semsa Manaus). The initiative also has a partnership with the Chamber of Shopkeepers of Manaus (CDL Manaus) and Sumaúma Park Shopping.
“This is the fourth edition of the ‘Vaccine Now!’ campaign. There are more than 5,000 people who took advantage of the opportunity to update the vaccination schedule against Covid-19, an immunization that is so important to prevent the worsening of cases of the disease”, highlights the director-president of FVS-RCP, Tatyana Amorim.
In this edition, vaccination will be available at different times depending on the day of the campaign. On Friday (3) and Saturday (4), the vaccination posts will be available from 1 pm to 9 pm. Already on Sunday (5), immunization will take place from 15h to 21h.
Documentation
Those interested in vaccination need to present an identification document with a photo, CPF and the National Health Service (SUS) card. For those with the delayed schedule, they must also carry the vaccination card to be updated.
Campaign
Over the four editions, the “Vaccine Now!” vaccinated 5,124 people, 2,276 of which in the first edition, on the 13th and 14th of January, in six DB Group supermarkets in Manaus; 1,686 doses, on January 20 and 21, at Shopping Manaus Via Norte and Sumaúma Park Shopping; and 1,162 doses, from January 27th to 29th, at Sumaúma Park Shopping.
