Passengers can now add up to three stops to include friends with a common destination, such as a concert, college or work. The novelty was presented this Wednesday (16) and will be released first in Porto Alegre, Recife, Brasília, Manaus, São Luís, Macapá and Anápolis. To make a group trip, the user who starts the race includes his friends in the group, and they enter the address where they want to be picked up. Afterwards, the destination point is added in the app and everyone can continue the journey together. According to Uber, each member of the group can individually save up to 30% of the cost of the trip depending on how many people join. The company also remembers that the option helps to reduce the emission of polluting gases when using only one car instead of several.
