A classic recipe for Christmas and “uncle” jokes, pave has several versions that can be enjoyed all year round. The filling can, for example, be chocolate, strawberry and lemon. Already the base, champagne biscuit or cornstarch.
In this traditional version of Achou Gastronomia, the base is the classic champagne wafer and the filling is made up of a white cream and a chocolate cream. Preparation takes only 40 minutes and can be enjoyed by up to 12 people.

Ingredients
white cream
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can of milk
- 4 gems
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
chocolate cream
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can of milk
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
biscuit base
- 1 packet champagne biscuit
- 1 tea cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 pinch instant coffee
Preparation

Take the cream ingredients to the fire, except the vanilla, stir until it thickens. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla. Reserve.
chocolate cream
- Take the cream ingredients to the fire, stir until it thickens. Put out the fire and book.
biscuit base
- Mix the milk with the chocolate and coffee. Quickly soak the biscuits in the liquid.
Assembly
- In a small refractory, place the white cream, add the wet biscuits on top, and add the chocolate cream on top. Repeat the process until you run out of creams.
- On top, in the last layer, sprinkle chocolate powder or granules
- Refrigerate for three hours. Serve chilled
