Baritone
‘Baritono’, the new tour by Lulu Santos, opens in Brazil in June and arrives in Manaus on September 15th, at Studio 5 Centro de Convenções.
The name of the tour is yet another way of honoring one of the greatest artists of Brazilian Popular Music (MPB).
“I belatedly admitted several important things about myself, including the fact that I am a baritone, a singer with a low vocal range. Since I ‘assumed’ this condition, it has greatly facilitated my life and art. I realized that if I lowered one more key, some songs would be singable again without jumps or effort”, explained Lulu.
The ‘Baritone’ tour will pass through 16 Brazilian cities, in addition to Manaus. Before that, Lulu took the tour to the United States.
