And, when we consume it, it takes time to make us hungry again”, details the researcher. The goal is to launch the ice cream on the market in 2023, but for that, it depends on investment. “For now, we’re walking alone,” she completes her. The ice cream loses its fishy taste and smell because the tilapia meat is placed in equipment, and it changes from a solid state to a liquid.
