TikTok launches training for women entrepreneurs – 03/24/2023 – #Hashtag

This week TikTok announces its online training program for women entrepreneurs, TikTok para Elas. The online course will be held on March 28, 29 and 30 and is free. Entries can be made until this Friday (24) on this website.

The training aims to address the tool’s possibilities for boosting digital content and shows a step-by-step from recording videos to the application’s ad platform.

Internal platform studies point out that three out of four users have purchased a product after seeing it on TikTok; 85% of users in Brazil have already researched a new product after seeing a creator’s ad video; and 83% of TikTok users are likely to follow a brand while using the platform.

Improving the technical aspects of the videos was what brought entrepreneur Renata Miranda, creator of Belloá Beleza, to the program. She says that she started dedicating herself exclusively to her business in 2019, but as soon as the pandemic came, she had to adapt her business to the digital environment.

“From the course, I hope to get to know TikTok’s resources better, such as editing, language adaptation, soundtrack and everything else.

Miranda, who worked in the IT area, focused on cosmetics, makeup and visagism. She has an online store and provides visagist self-makeup consultations for individual clients and businesses. “My target audience is women aged 27 and over. The women who are connecting with my work today are those who don’t feel represented by those super productions. I work very much focused on listening to what customers need and we build makeup that works for her day to day”, she explains.

She was one of the 100 participants selected for the face-to-face launch event, which took place on Monday (20). “

“In addition to the select group of 100 women who were present at the launch event, we already have almost a thousand subscribers in the program and we want to reach even more. We will share the best tips and the best ways for these entrepreneurs to be even more successful on the platform” , says Silvia Belluzzo, SME marketing director for Latin America at TikTok.

“TikTok has a hyper-engaged community with creative, original and authentic content,” explains Belluzzo. “Today, making a purchase is no longer a linear movement, so, as part of our commitment to increasingly support female entrepreneurship and in view of the impact of TikTok today on the advertising industry, we offer brands a window to the conversations that are happening in the community and the possibility of creating real connections with consumers, after all, it’s not about selling or entertaining anymore. It’s about selling through entertainment. If entrepreneurs understand this path, it’s duty done.”
