Three parties liven up São Paulo’s gastronomic scene

Jesuino Brilhante, Rodrigo Levino’s northeastern corner in Pinheiros, will celebrate seven years with two unmissable dinners. The first takes place today, the 10th, and unites the kitchens of Mescla and Make Hommus with desserts from Marilia Zylberstajn and wines from Sede261. Among the dishes, the Northeastern couscous warm salad with mini vegetables, mushroom broth and coffee, finished with shrimp couscous from São Paulo and the Fish cooked in fresh coconut milk, chestnuts and Andean and Brazilian peppers and roasted pumpkin caboclo.
The second dinner, on April 24, will bring together the chefs from Shihoma Pasta Fresca and Cá-Já with desserts from Marilia Zylberstajn and wines from Sede261. Highlight for Tacos de saramunhete (trail) with moqueca molê and parsley creole and for the sun-dried meat Capelacci in cream finished with bottle butter.
