Chef Ivan Lopes promotes the third edition of “Two Chefs, One Menu” at COIN restaurant this Wednesday (28). The special guest this time is chef Eva dos Santos, currently responsible for the restaurant Quintal do Porco. The gastronomic experience starts at 7 pm and will have an exclusive menu created by the duo.

“Welcoming great chefs from the city, who are also good friends at COIN, is a great pleasure, these dinners promote creative and very tasty encounters”, comments Ivan Lopes.

Conceived and prepared by the duo Ivan and Eva, the third edition of the project will have a menu with touches of Brazilian roots served in a 5-course menu. For starters, the traditional acarajé and corn and textures with tulha cheese – creamy grits, crispy corn, corn foam, grilled mini corn and tulha cheese. Main course choices are: octopus and wagyu rice – demi-glace with gochujang, mini vegetables and candied mushroom. To end the gastronomic experience, parfait of cupuaçu, with chocolate and cocoa powder.
