Aneel (National Electric Energy Agency) recorded a new increase in the number of complaints related to requests for connecting solar panels not met by distributors.
The problem with microgeneration energy sources was the second reason with the highest number of complaints, behind only the lack of energy.
The indicator rose 34% in the last 12 months compared to the previous period, points out the new report by the agency’s ombudsman.
There were more than 18 thousand complaints between April 2022 and March of this year.
